We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@beltopis.xyz with your order details. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the product.

  1. Refunds

Once we receive your returned product and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping charges, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

  1. Defective or Damaged Items

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@beltopis.xyz. We will offer you a full refund or send a replacement item at no additional cost. Please provide photographs of the damaged product to expedite the process.
